Blockify Inc. Announces New Chief Legal & Compliance Officer
Financial technology company Blockify announced the appointment of Marcos Kraemer as chief legal and compliance officer.
Kraemer, a legal adviser with more than 15 years of experience, will lead Blockify through the compliance and regulatory digital asset landscape.
Previously, Kraemer served as manager partner at a Panamanian law firm. He is a board director specializing in crypto, escrow, and fiduciary services for several companies in the United States, Latin America, and Caribbean.

Marcos Kraemer is a seasoned legal advisor with over 15 years’ experience as Manager Partner of a law firm in the Republic of Panama. With an MBA and a LLM, he is an active member in several professional organizations, speaker in international events, and is a valued board director in different companies in Latin America, USA and the Caribbean, mostly related to crypto, escrow and fiduciary services.
